Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the e-bike or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and tools are included.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for large items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
